"Why does it say Starbucks opens at 7 but is consistently closed. Worker standing behind the counter with a closed sign at 7:45am… it’s extremely inconvenient."

"Please be mindful that you must ASK for the fall flavors BOGO discount on Thursdays. My order was $17. When I asked about the discount, the cashier informed me that it was my responsibility to request the discount. Please note that the sign is in plain view for all, and that my order was two of the same drink (both smalls). The cashier was unapologetic and refused to address the issue. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location."

The service was slow. My drink was not made the way I’ve had it before. Something about it wasn’t right, like they added an artificial flavor. The area is clean. There is seating."
