"The workers are amazing!!!! Randy and Brandon are the best! We are always greeted with smiles from everyone there! Props to the afternoon crew!!! However the only reason I take stars off and put 1 star for atmosphere is it is as hot as an oven!! There's no working ac which is terrible for the workers and the customers alike!"

"Please allow me explain my star rating. The customer service team members, are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL PEOPLE! I go in this site just about everyday just for their friendly service and faces! However, I cannot believe that this new Dunkin’ Donuts site DOES NOT have air conditioning in the middle of the summer! It is too hot for my fellow team members to be in this new beautiful building without any cooling! To Whom should read this, please fix the cooling system at 5200 Whitaker Ave; Dunkin’ Donuts, immediately before it’s too late. Other than the temperature being an issue, the Team Members, are a wonderful. One could never go wrong with a cup of coffee!"

"I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had a delightful experience. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the donuts were fresh and delicious. The staff member Randy was very friendly and made my visit very enjoyable . The only reason I'm not giving it five stars because how hot it was in there . Overall, a great place for a quick and tasty treat!"

"This Dunkin is 11/10, the coffee is so bussin that no other Dunkin can replicate it. One time my car broke down in the drive thru and one of the employees drove me home in their Bugatti. I even brought a house near this location to get fresh coffee brewed every morning. You can float through the air smelling the aroma of 7 caramel swirls, 5 sugar, and 4 cream in a small iced coffee."
