"This place gets the trophy for the worst Dunkin anywhere. This is why I don't do much Dunkin. Very long wait. Cream cheese bagel was so overcooked that it was hard as a rock and inedible. The cream cheese tasted so bad that from just the one bite I was concerned that it might get me sick. Welcome to Philadelphia."
"This location is absolutely a disgrace. To be waiting over 15 minutes in line for someone to come take order it's unacceptable. The inside wasn't even full of clients and the staff have no care / professionalism whatsoever. It's sad to see how people with no customer service etiquette have jobs that they shouldn't. Givin such business a bad name. This location needs to close or simply higher new employees who are willing to provide great customer service."
