"Lazy workers and everyone run around not knowing what they are doing.! I pay money for drinks and they are always wrong and food everyday is never how I like it. When I ask for them to remake it 2 younger men and a girl working gave me a really bad look and even after I got it back it still wasn’t how I liked it. "Tried the ice spice munchkin drink. Um ..no. if you like the taste of ice cream and wet cake from a straw you may like this. The bits of munchkin to me is disgusting. Not worth the extra .50. just get a frozen pumpkin coffee taste the same just without munchkin bits."
"They make drinks well here, at least my coffee has been great every time I've gotten it. My orders are correct and hot for the most part. It's always busy but they keep a quick pace. I go inside, it's usually faster since the drive-thru can get backed up."
