"lazy & untrustworthy. i had a terrible experience. I had an appointment for a patch in which they declined to do because they “didn’t find a leak” in my tire. this was right after I had left a dealership telling me they found a leak in my tire, & I chose to go to Sams to patch it because they said it’s free . They told me again & again that they found no leaks in my tire, when in reality they really never checked. The next day, it’s literally leaking as i’m putting air in it … so I brought it to another tire shop & they’re also telling me I need a patch now or a new tire all together. Sam’s Club is only good for shopping, not your car services."
"I previously purchased tires here, and I attempted to make an appointment for tire rotation through their customer service line. I was told they didn't have any appointments until the following week but could visit the tire center as a walk-in. Upon arrival at 8:50am, there were no cars in the tire service area parking lot, so I thought I could possibly get the service I needed done since there were no cars being serviced (all the bays were empty). I waited at the service desk for over 15 minutes until someone came to assist (after someone called for assistance 2 times). I was told they had no appointments and they don't take walk-ins so they couldn't service my tires. I explained that I was told over the phone that they do take walk-ins, and the mechanic stated that "the calls get routed to the Phillipines and they misinform customers all the time". I then attempted to make an early appointment and was told they don't take appointments until 10:00am. I disputed the fact that their website states they open at 8:00am. The mechanic proceeded to tell me they needed the time to "turn everything on" so they were unable to accommodate customers until 10:00am but he would make an exception and fit me in for 9:00am the following week. I left the store at 9:55am, and still the only car in the tire service area was mine, all the bays were empty, and they weren't working on any cars. This was a waste of my time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
"Great"
"Horrible customer service. It took awhile for someone to come to the front desk. The mechanic there was not polite and and wasn't interested in answering the questions that I had about the tires. I'm surprised because I thought they woukd be more professional. Never got tires and I went somewhere else to get them."
"I’ve purchased tires here 3 times. Two of the three times went smoothly; one did not and earned them the overall 3* review. Here is what happened: I bought 4 new tires and, upon getting home, noticed that some of them looked flat. I brought my car back to Sam’s and asked what happened. The manager immediately got defensive and started saying “this isn’t our fault. We always fill the tires correctly,” to which I said “well, no...this time you didn’t.” He checked the tire pressure (they are all supposed to be 33psi) - two tires were 33, one was 27, and one was 25. I was sure that at this point he would just apologize and fill the tires. Instead, he tried telling me that my tire pressure sensors automatically released air from the tires and that I should take it to the dealership. Let me repeat that: he said my tires AUTOMATICALLY released the air as if my Jeep was a vehicle from a James Bond movie. I realized at this point that there was no reason to continue this conversation. He filled the tires and I left. A few days later I noticed that they put the wrong hubcaps on my car, but I knew it wouldn’t be worth the hassle so I just left it go."
