"Visited the store for a Conventional Oil Service. Much to my dismay, was informed this type of oil was out of stock. How does a business dedicated to oil services run out of ordinary motor oil? Or was it a manufactured excuse to up sell to a more expensive oil service? I was not happy paying almost $72.00 for a simple service. I likely will not return to this company in the future."

"I went twice for a vehicle inspection. First time I was told the mechanic was backed up to come next day. I wanted to make an appointment to make sure that my car would be taken care of. They told me there was no appointment. I came next day sharp at opening they told me they could not take me because the mechanic, you guessed it, was backed up and to come back later! Well, I wanted to make an appointment but you don’t let me and every time I come in you are too busy to deal with customers. How this location gets business is unfathomable. I will not be back there, ever!"
