"Rear wheel bearings gave out on Fuel EX 8 after 1 season, evidenced by hub play. Service tried to tell me loose axle was at fault. This turned out not to be true of course - I torque all bolts. Easton Trek ultimately warrantied bearing repair but why the initial careless diagnostic? Don’t assume customers are idiots. I expect more from a top line bike manufacture. Putting that aside, the repair was perfect. It sounds like they serviced the hub as well -- sounds sweet."

"I've had the same TREK bike for 20+ years and for the last few years I've been debating about upgrading for a few years. I thought my bike was just fine but when I rode my brand new trek it was life changing! I stopped in Saturday evening before closing and was treated very well! The service was great and everyone was so nice and helpful! I was anxious about the sale (it's not cheap) but they were friendly and understanding and let me purchase it though they were about to close it! I was able to enjoy it for Saturday evening and Sunday! I'm glad I did it! It's a perfect fit for me! Thank you!"
