"Unity Java advertised slow cured bacon and organic egg scramble on my breakfast sandwich. What I received was a rubbery microwaved sliver of cardboard bacon and an egg patty, similar to what you could find at McDonald’s. Very disappointed in my order costing $30."

"Adorable coffee spot. Great for meeting friends or enjoying a meal solo. Biscuits are amazing- especially with eggs and sausage! Tons of vegetarian and vegan options. Large variety of coffee drinks, as well as beans/ground coffee to go! Unity's mission is heartwarming and a great business model. Highly recommend."

"Awesome cafe! Great food and drinks, friendly and attentive staff, and nice seating options, including outdoor seating which is a rarity on Ridge Ave. I suggest installing a bike rack! I often bike here, but the closest place to lock up is a signpost half a block away. Sometimes I'll tuck my bike in the side alley but there's nothing to lock to so that's less than ideal. The cafe is on the way from Roxborough to the Schuylkill River Trail, so providing bike parking could really boost business."
