"If I could give less than one star I would. I booked a unicorn birthday party for my daughter. We were told the day before the handlers would arrive just prior to 2, and the phone number to the handlers. The day of the party 2 rolled around no sign, so I tried to contact the handlers... there was no answer. I contacted the main contact who advised she would try to contact them and call me back, she couldn’t get ahold of them either. I continued to try and contact the handlers who in turn blocked my phone number. (So they could access their phone) they completely just didn’t show up to a five year old’s birthday with no explanation. Think twice before booking with them, as they might just not show up."
