"We used Beach Real Estate for our Block Island Vacation Rental. The Boat House... was advertised as having AC, which it had 3 ductless units that were non-functional. Bad Temps and humidity. We had multiple interactions with the Realty company without resolution. It was a miserable week and both the owners and Beach Realty of BI were unresponsive to fixing the situation. All rooms had new fans in them, indicating they already new the AC didn't work. Owners offered an additional fan... wouldn't fix the units. AC heat exchanger outside was not functioning properly. I reached out personally after the vacation to the company through their site and no response...I would not recommend this house or this Realty company for anyone looking to stay on the island."
