I usually try to do it all on my own, the plane, the hotel, the resort, the rental car, and there is usually always one little hick-up, which adds a little stress to the fun of traveling. This time I decided to to use Travel Danyell and it was well worth it. This time we had a plane cancellation about a month out, I sent Danielle a text, and she was able to resolve the issue, and get us a new flight with out issue. If I had to deal with the airline you know it would not go smooth, and I would be on the phone for three hours trying to rebook. The initial booking went just as well, I gave her my budget for two people, and within 24 hrs. I had 10 resorts with pricing an availability.
