"I go to this dunkin often. Im aware of how terrible it can be at times. Today was the last straw though. I stood at the counter for 5 mins today. Nobody even took my order. An employee outside playing on his phone while grabbing supplies out of storage. Also, an employee in the back corner playing on their phone. Your store would be better off if it was self-serve. I left without buying anything."

"My mobile order was a mess. Coffee sent back. Then sandwich was mad wrong 2x. Correction was to give me a cold egg. Manager was trying super hard with being super short staff. He was great. Give him props for trying. He was fixed 2 other bad orders. Eating the sandwich now bc I'm so hungry, and it tastes like the cardboard freezer bag it was shipped in."
