"Called this morning to ask a few detailed questions about an interstate battery I’ve been having problems with. My local franchise was giving me hassle on the battery to get it replaced. So I called this location to give my diagnosis from a draw test and cranking amp drop. From the lady at the front desk to the gentlemen Tim I had spoke to both they both were professional and genuine as can be. Tim gave me a solid 10 mins on the phone explaining what he thought the issue was stemming from my symptoms. Gave me a recommendation to recharge at a determined time/amp and was willing to give me a blem as a loaner to take my battery and do a full in house charge/restore and test. I’ve been all across the country in the heavy equipment industry it’s a hard thing to find people like this willing to take sufficient time to help an indirect customer with a product over the phone. Hats off to you and your team. If I find myself needing to make the trip to get this corrected I have no problem driving 60 miles one way to have this level of customer service! Thank you again !"
