"Charged for service not rendered. No one at the office answers the phone nor do they return messages to correct their own error. I had to file a complaint with my insurance to reach out to them and correct but was just told the response from the office is that they refuse to reprocess the claim. Now I have to go through more steps to have their error corrected while they continue to send me reminders of my bill being due which needs corrected by them so I can pay the proper amount. No one should have to jump through all of these hoops while they refuse to acknowledge and correct their error."
