"My little cousin and I just went here (12/23 around 5pm) and it was terrible. We were very polite but it was a little hard to hear the employee so we said I’m sorry I didn’t hear that and they proceeded to tell us to pull up when we were saying we wanted a grilled cheese. Then they said they couldn’t do a bacon grilled cheese so we asked for a sourdough breakfast sandwich and they put maybe a half a piece of bacon on the sandwich. So the sandwich that comes with bacon had no bacon in it. Did not speak to us at all when we got to the counter and overall was an overall snob with a complete attitude."

"You guys just lost a great customer that usually comes 3 to 4 times a day so you all know me and I never had a bad experience everyone is usually nice well today talking to an older woman on the speaker and trying to get her to understand my order kept telling me yeah yeah yeah like she didnt want to hear me anymore like excuse me I'm sorry but to me that's very rude you don't say that it's like she did not care at all and going to the window she is rushing me yea I get it u guys get busy but there has been times I've waited awhile in line I'm sorry that lady needs customer service tips because she is horrible she also needs patients with working at a dunkin donuts now come on well I'm done going here it's a shame right down the street too oh well I'm just not going to be treated like that"

"Finally, a Dunkin' Donuts that is worth going to. I had the best experience here at this one and would recommend anyone to come here. The employees are respectful, helpful, and professional. If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would. My go to Dunkin from here on out!!!"
