"Disappointed, we came over here twice now and they don’t have any sandwiches. It seems strange they had several occurrences of running out of food at this Starbucks location. Coffee is still great. Crème brûlée Latte was on point, delicious."

"This is what I received after (over) paying for a “venti” drink and this is at least the fifth time I payed full price and received a drink that 1/3-1/4 of it was empty. My husband did a pick up order or else I would’ve had them top it off at the store."

They also decided to close the inside cafe for some odd reason and were only taking drive thru. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that has done this before either. "Stopped here on our way home from Shady Maple which is about an hour drive from us. My drink tasted great and I love that this location keeps the bakery items in the plastic. Not only is it safer for the customer but it doesn’t get dryed out. The cashier in the drive thru was very cheerful and pleasant as well"

"Terrible! Went at an off time, just after 4 pm thinking it wouldn't be busy. After repeating my order multiple times I sat in a line of 4 cars for over 10 minutes. Once I got to the window I had to sit and wait for the girl at the window to acknowledge me. She was having a conversation with another girl, I assume the supervisor, who was telling her how she needs to keep the line moving. Yet she was holding up the cashier and holding up the line. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap. What I got was a frap with no carmel in it. It tasted like blended cream and melted ice. The whipped cream even looked flat. No "crunch" that makes it a carmel ribbon crunch. I wasn't going to try to go back to correct it or get a refund since it took so long. Save yourself your money and time. There are other local coffee shops who will make you a much better drink with fast and friendly service."
