"Very quick service and the food was good."

"Over-priced mediocrity. One person working one of two registers while the other employees stood there watching and waiting for him to tell them what to make. A couple of the young ladies were ear buds, so it was obvious customers were not their focus. For the price they charge, I expect a clean store and outstanding service."

"Service was friendly however drink was made incorrectly. It's so aggravating paying for a drink that doesn't taste right and not realizing it until you have already left. I ordered a toasted white mocha and it tasted like warm milk."

"The coffee is coffee. It perks you up. They're fast enough. The lady liked the croissant, but I forgot to wait for my cheese danish. Such is life. This one is part of the hospital and, as such, the baristas are not allowed to accept tips."

"This was the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I told them exactly how to make my drink and they asked me to repeat myself 3 times. Had no idea what foam was and put a huge glob of sweet cream on top that was at least 1/4 of the cup thick. The guy that waited on me and took my money explained they didn't have nitro but could make the cold brew. Ok that's fine just make it how I asked minus the nitro please. One kid was on his phone the entire time and one girl standing around doing nothing. The kid that made it was so clueless. When I told them this looks nothing like my drink they just said its sweet cream. I asked where the cinnamon was and they still looked at me like I was crazy. I walked out cause i was tired of trying to explain and tried to take a drink I and all i got was a glob of cream. I took it back and they looked at me like I was crazy once again. I told them I could not drink this and just to give me something else. This store clearly needs trained in what Starbucks has to offer and also in custom orders. I was so disappointed because I'm a big Starbucks buyer and this is the 1st time I've ever been disappointed. You need to do better!!"
