"Guy told me he would call me back later to set up a appointment. Never heard back. Called them the next day to, didnt answer all day. Call multiple times today, and once he finally answers, he cusses me out for calling to many times and then hangs up. Told me to shove my car up my butt because they don't want it."

"Called to have a vehicle picked up today. Guy said he would be here between 12 and 1 pm. 2:30pm came and called to see what was going on. Guy said he would call when he was in the area. 5pm and have called two more times and got a voicemail. Now it is 7:30 pm and guy never showed up. Will NEVER use them again and would never recommend to anyone on account of how unreliable they are. Have no idea how they are even in buisness..."
