"As soon as I walked in I felt like I wasn’t welcomed in. I waited a few minutes until I was able to order inside. Young lady definitely had an attitude I greeted here with the usual hi, how are you. Not a single word out of her mouth but dead stare into my soul. Also crumbling my receipt in front of me as I walked away as I was going to want it. Horrible customer service last time I go here at night. I’ll be more welcomed in the morning or afternoon."

"Me and my husband stopped at 8:40ish at night to get coffee’s they were not busy, my husband’s coffee was wrong and we waited at the drive through window and beeped our horn and knocked on the window. The guy completely ignored us, we left. Not the way to work in the public!"

"The strawberry dragon fruit drink that I got today at this Dunkin’ location was very tasty, but the people who made my drink added way too much ice, and I had a difficult time paying for my order with my phone, but the woman who helped me told me to first double tap the right side of my phone, and then put my device to the credit/debit card reader. A note to everybody: if you decide to pay for your order or orders with the phone, you’re better off just ordering your stuff either through the app or just going into the store to conduct transaction or transactions."

"I didn’t get food, I got a bunch of gift cards for my employees and Evelyn took care of me. She was wonderful and organized and had a great attitude. I knew what I was asking for was tedious and time consuming and there were other customers who needed taken care of so Evelyn got another high spirited employee to take care of them instead of rushing me out and I really appreciate that. You don’t see good service like this very often these days. Thank you!"
