Dunkin'

"My friend her boyfriend and I went through the drive through. It took way longer than it should’ve with 4 workers. The women that took our order seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. The car infront of us waited 15 mins for one bag n a drink. They forgot our donut all three of which had nearly no frosting on it. They tried to give us the wrong order and They also forgot to give us our card back and when I went inside and they’re were two workers sitting down one on her phone and the other at the drive through window. I wanted ten minutes before before I finally got to say something to one of the worker and I told them they didn’t give the card back and one of them laughed and the other while STILL on her phone insisted that they didn’t have my card. I am extremely disappointed in Dunkin and the GROWN women working. I’ve never had a issue with Dunkin before it just seemed to be the employees not doing or wanting to do their job. The pure laziness and ignorance was unwelcoming and honestly unneeded in public food service. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager because there doesn’t seem to be there one tonight."

"I ordered 2 Iced coffees . 1 medium with 5 cream and one with 7! Now I am a worker a dunkin. I know that’s sometimes when we put cream it can still look a little dark. Now I asked for 7 cream , it should be more like white . I politely asked if my coffee had cream. Ms. Trinity goes “ If that tag says it does then they do . I’m the one who made them so they have the cream.” Very very rude . Here’s a picture for proof. I hope she was just having a bad day, but I do not appreciate the attitude and both coffees being made wrong ."

"My ice coffee was perfect and so were the old fashioned. My family is from Massachusetts so we grew up on “dunks”. We often went to the first shop in Quincy when I was a kid. This location is the first one that does it like home. The “plain” donut should have just a bit of a crunch on the outside. I will be coming here a lot!!"
