"Technician spent 3 hours just messing around. Couldn't find the problem so he made me sign a bill and took our manual home to review. I had a new company come the next morning and I was up and running within 15 min. Julie started calling me the next day asking about my payment before I even received a bill. Once I received the bill in the mail I sent it back right away, however not without Julie calling me every day up to that point. The last time we spoke, I told her it was sent and she said, "oh good, I really don't want to ruin our relationship." Well that ruined it, never again."
