"The following is my opinion. We received incomplete information. We were left with information that my wife was stable, and even after repeated calls about headaches and nausea/vomiting, they were dismissed as medication side effects. On my wife's final visit there was no indication of life threatening issues. They had done limited scans excluding the head at the time. The full side effects & warning signs of medication were not completely explained. We saw Dr. Kirkwood an average of less than 5 minutes a visit when we actually saw him at all. 3 weeks later my wife died. She did not pass from melanoma."
