"Went here few times for counciling. But when I arrived for another counciling apt. was told by therapist my insurance has never paid. Unknown why my insurance have not. Then the therapist said she could not see me without being paid! Would have been nice if she could have at least seen me some since I made the long trip in! OR, it would have been nice if she called me on this issue instead of me waisting my time driving into the city!"

"Left in a room for 45 mins while she started a session with another family. We Left! First, we came 10 mins early, she did not greet us. Then gave us a huge packet of paperwork mostly about drugs and alcohol which we were not there for. Then, we overhear her cursing on the phone with someone. Next, a family comes in and she first said she didn’t have time then came shut our door and decided to see the family during our session. Our appointment was for 6pm. I set an alarm twice. Once at 6:35 and again at 6:40. I did this to alert her in the next room. I’m thinking maybe she forgot. The second time I let the alarm go off loudly for 2 mins all the way past the room she is in and out the door as we left extremely dissatisfied with her service. She had the nerves to call at 6:54 asking why we left. I told her why would you see someone during our first appointment. She said it was about to be done at 6:30 and then she was seeing us after. Lie! We left at 6:42. She is very unprofessional. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. NO HELP HERE."
