"The therapist was nice, but that was literally the only positive to come from this place. The registration lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing, and had me sit in her office for over 1 hour AFTER my appointment while she called my insurance company (Blue Cross Blue Shield) to discuss every little detail with them. During this, I had to use the restroom and when I came back she was giggling and gossiping with one of her coworkers instead of doing her job. Also the "company" front desk woman was rude, and was having loud, personal phone calls and made patients wait for her to finish this conversation. TERRIBLE! NEVER GO HERE!!!!!"
