"Let’s just talk about mental health and what they put us through this weekend. They had my husband’s credit card on file from a long time ago. Our daughter who is now turning 26 and paying her bills for a long time living on her own went to this office but her therapist left in June and she hasn’t been back. Yesterday my husband noticed a fraudulent charge on our account for $340.00 through square trade from Cristina Pan. We reported the fraud. Made us nervous because we have money in there for our other daughters wedding. What if they do it again and clean out our account. The bank froze the account and proceeded with the fraud paperwork. Minutes ago I talked to my daughter who’s been on a cruise and no contact got an email from this office yesterday that they were charging her $340.00. No explanation of how they got to this amount. They must be hurting for money and charging all past patients. My daughter called her old therapist and she said she is getting multiple calls from past patients. They should be ashamed or Christina should me mortified since she is a mental health professional and put 2 people she has never known through so much anguish. It’s also fraud because she never asked us if she could charge our card. We have never been to her office. I wouldn’t trust her with my credit card info. Unprofessional and criminal! We were not contacted via usps mail, email or phone that there were charges. Someone isn’t telling the truth and it isn’t me. When I called her she was so unprofessional and laughed at me. She’s a quack. No one in the mental health profession should talk to anyone the way she did. She kept badmouthing the therapist that my daughter saw saying “she was fired for a reason “. That never should have been brought into the conversation. Christina is a awful person in the wrong line of business. Stay away!"
