"I was very blindsided by the charge of 303$ all at once. At my very first visit I was told my insurance covered everything, but if it hadn’t I would be charged after each session. Unfortunately my counselor didn’t know what she was talking about. I charged a month later and didn’t receive a call about it. Just a message through their website that wasn’t clear that I was being charged 303$. Nessa who I spoke with was able to refund some of it, that way I can make payments. She was very helpful and seemed to care. It is just very disheartening when you are desperate for services but we’re mislead about the price. I understand I have a copay, but not being made aware is not fair. Hopefully something like this doesn’t happen to anyone else."

"I called the office to inquire about the acceptance of my health insurance. Although I was not covered at their office, Anna called me back with a list of therapists that did!! If they care for people this much that arent even their patients, I can only imagine what they do for people that are. Thank you for making a difficult journey a little bit easier"

"I have been going here for over 2 years, and paying their exorbitant fees for missed appointments, which I didn't miss often. Thet give no grace for missing an appointment, not even once a year. If the roads area icy, you either put your life in danger or pay $50 for a missed appointment. I got a little behind a few times, but I always payed it off slowly. Now all of a sudden, I can't even schedule until I pay half of what I owe, which is only $60. I missed an appointment 2 weeks ago, so 50 of that is from that missed appointment. I feel so let down by this place. Do not go here. They really don't care about your well being. Also, I gave them a bad review on their FB page, and now they've taken the reviews off of their page, another."
