"The doctors and medical staff at Garden State are great! The office is clean and overall I have received very good care, I’ve been going here 20 years. The office management, however, is sub par. The doctors are ALWAYS overbooked and behind schedule. I feel terribly for them. I wait to be seen sometimes up to an HOUR(!) for most appointments, yet patients are told to be early to appointments and will be fined if they cancel. Making appointments can be extremely difficult. I have called during regular business hours and get no answer, and have to leave a voicemail which “will be returned within 2 business days” or call back during regular business hours. WHAT?? I’ve booked appointments are one time, and then I receive texts with different times than what initially had scheduled. What a mess."
