"I would not recommend working at this location, because they will fire you for being sick. They fired me, because I notified them that I was not feeling well enough to be able to work today (11/24/23) and they never told me ahead of time that black Friday was a mandatory shift. I did not want to risk getting other employees as well as customers sick. They lost me as a customer as well and I will be notifying every single person I know not to shop or work at this location. You can best believe I have already contacted HR and something will be done about this wrongful termination."

"Hot topic is a great store for people who are into the gothic lifestyle. Personally, the attire that got topic sells is not my style of clothing that I prefer to wear, nor do they carry any ornamental trinkets, humorous novelties or posters that I'd purchase, being that I am a Christian and I find alot of those things to be blasphemous and in direct contrast to my beliefs and values. I do think some of their items like TV character mugs, blankets, and things like that are good for flipping on Mercari and Ebay though."

The item I wanted was too high for me to reach and she made it not a problem to get for me.
