"Awesome have my fit size I love it nice people there"
"New manager at Springfield store just lost the store about $10,000 a year. I always return or exchange with tags sometimes not on but still with the clothes. Today she refused to take the jeans back than going to roll her eyes at my husband she is lucky I wasn't there cause the mall police would have gotten involved. That store has nothing but ghetto employees who have no clue about sizing or anything. Warning if you buy on line super glue the tags so they don't fall off."
"Unfortunately, I can always find something to purchase. You can get some really good deals here"
"I had a $10 Bday gift card that Torrid sent, and surprisingly I was able to go into the store, and find a Grateful Dead T-shirt on the 60% rack, and walk out with it, not having spent a dime. Otherwise, their stuff is very expensive!! Imagine this simple T was originally $24."
"I enjoyed my visit here today. I purchased some boots for my mother. It was an exchange, as she was unable to wear the other ones that I had purchased for her. I was so glad that Torrid was open. I have tried several times to visit and everytime the store was closed. I even called the 1-800 number and I was on hold for an hour. I decided to call one more time because I wanted to get this exchange over with. My persistence paid off and someone answered the phone this time. I explained my situation and the associate explained that they were having staffing problems and that was why no one was there in the store or answered the phone. I was so happy that I persevered and didn't give up. My mom is happy now that I took the boots back and obtained another style. Persistence definitely pays off."
