"Great service and lots of friendly staff. So many nice employees who sell us the best quality of items. It's like the only good spot to shop in Springfield. Easily accesible from other parts of Delaware County by Septa's route 101 and other various bus routes. Lots of areas to eat at and order clothing. 2 main buildings, target for foods and other random items and Macys for clothing. In between the two are small stores and restaurants. Lots of room to eat inside, they have an elevator in the middle of the mall along with entrances to the 2nd floor spread out along the main walkway. 10/10 experience."

"Ordered a blazer online! Love it! Figured let me go to the store and get more. Found 3 I really liked and was going to get all 3! The associates there were like 16 no cares and rude! I asked a question and she clearly did not want to be bothered and cut me off !so I put the blazers back! I'll spend my money somewhere else. Thanks!"

"Love express just not this location. Make sure when you buy stuff it has the do not remove tag attached when you purchase in store ! because if you decide you don’t like it they won’t return it with your original payment ! Had to call HR to get my issue solved ! Save your time and just go to KOP always have a great shopping experience there."

"I have been shopping at Express for the last 8 years. I also was employed by Express part time at their store at the Christiana Mall while I served in the Delaware Army National Guard. I was trying to purchase a suit at a store located here at the Springfield Mall and they were having a sale but when I let them know I was a veteran they said they could not apply the military discount for me since the item was on sale? I have never had this issue before shopping at Express I was always honored with the military discount there, sale or no sale and on clearance items, when I presented my ID with no issues. I am just frustrated that Express stores clearly have signage in the front that say ‘Military and Student Discounts 15%’ and then when we go in and are told we can’t receive that discount that is very very deceiving. I never take the time to complain about small things but I have never had to deal with this with Express since I started shopping there. I truly hope this can be remedied."

"Vanessa is such a sweet lady. I was shopping for a dress which express did not have my size until Vanessa came up to me and asked me to wait around for a few minutes which she went in the back and looked for my size, finding my size and on top of that, she gave me a 10% off code so I was able to save roughy 7 dollars on the dress.
