"The mall employees are great overall but two stuck out to me that I had to leave a review. Alex and Alyssa are really helpful and had really great customer service skills. Alex greeted me as soon as I walked in the store and even told me the specials immediately and Alyssa greeted me and also came over and spoke with me. Alex made sure I knew all of the sales going on and where and tried assisting me with shopping for my son. As a person in sales I really appreciate this work ethic and level of customer service. Now fast forward - I didn’t buy anything at Zumies however I lost my keys somewhere and went back there and they immediately started helping me. Alyssa asked the last store I had them and Alex started searching the floor. They told me to go to the last store and if they couldn’t find them to come back. It was closing time on Christmas Eve and while most employees wanted to close up and go home - completely understandable. All they wanted to do was help and make sure I found them. Thank you to both of you - you helped stay calm and find humor in the situation. You went above and beyond tonight by showing me your humanity and compassion. A1 experience."

"I *adore* this store! The selection is nice, and the employees are simply fantastic! They make you feel so welcomed, and are almost always up for a good anime or culture chat! It is always a stop when ever I go out to the mall. Too bad only 5 stars is max, they deserve so much more."

"It has a lot of great stuff here. They have sports attire, and just normal attire, they have a thing where you choose a board, then the wheels, ect. It is pretty cheap for a skate shop. If your going here for clothes, I would recommend just getting shoes because I found the same hoodie in forever 21 for like 20 dollars, but the one in the store was 35. Overall good store tho."

"This was my first time ever coming into the store. I was looking for something very specific. "Chi Chi" not only found exactly what I was looking for, her upbeat attitude was infectious. Every other employee was very, very friendly, unlike other stores I went into earlier (namely finish line and macy's) so this will be my first stop from now on, for sure."
