"I had an issue with boots. it wasn't a qualified defect of a boot. My ankle was screwed up because of it. You could only tell by putting boot on and putting weight on it. There was after awhile an internal pressure on left foot, just off heel. bought many pairs of same boot and never had this issue. Had nothing to do with Penn Lee footwear, the same boot I have bought many times since 2013 , the left foot had an internal defect that the manufacturer wouldn't recognize as an actual defect. I was prepared to go locally and buy the same boot near me. Penn Lee did not know it , but I took a trip down there to see if they could help me. They did what they could to resolve the situation and I am very grateful. I almost had to go out on vacation then disability and I need to keep working. Took a couple weeks to make it down there even, because I could not walk for work even. . They helped me out and enabled me to keep working the grind of 50 to 80 hrs per week. Thank you Penn Lee for being very fair for something that had nothing to do with you, just selling the boots you are provided from manufacturers. I totally intended to buy a new boot somewhere else- just closer to me, it was not their fault. Thank you again! Life long customer here now. And thanks again!"
