"I was scheduled for an emergency room follow up appointment and was turned away after arriving 4 minutes late. Kya let me know that THEY had double booked my appointment time and the doctor would not stay late to see me. I guess them not wanting to stay late out ranks what the hospital wants for their patients. Don’t have a 15 minute late policy if you’re not going to adhere to it."

"The office staff is a complete mess. We arrived 6 minutes late to a 9:00 apt due to an unforeseen accident on the route to the office. When we arrived we were told to sit and wait until called. Finally at 9:20 we were told it was 9:20 which is against office policy for being late and I had to reschedule. Another patient said it took 40 minutes to check her in causing our check-in to be delayed by them and thought it was unreasonable of the office to push their blame on patients. The office manager then came to see us and said the real problem is I never sent the pre-registration paper to them and started 2 dates they sent it via email. They had a typo in the email address so I never received it. They just argued everything and place blame on us instead of fixing mistakes like giving us the paperwork and checking us in. I accept I was 6 minutes late but the office was back up 40 minutes regardless. I have no problem rescheduling with a different doctor's office that treats patients better."

"Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. If you ever need to get through to them for anything, it’s nearly impossible and if you finally do their staff is extremely rude. I had my 6 week follow up appointment cancelled 2 times from their side and they still continue to be absolutely rude when asked dates that work for me.This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with their rude staff. Overall my experience with them was a 2/10 at best and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for an OBGYN. The staff is really frustrating to deal with and I won’t be continuing at this practice unless they hire some decent staff to take care of their business. They also administered an epidural to me when I was 10cm dilated after repeatedly telling them I feel the baby down there but instead of checking they were busy getting me to sit up straight without moving, so yeah that was fun!"

"I love my doctor but every time I come to the Oxford office they never take me. When googling the location for the oxford office it always sends me to St. Clair Hospital and every time I call letting them know I ended up at the wrong office they don’t even give me a chance to come to the right one, and always force me to reschedule on the phone. I am young and unfamiliar with the area so I always beg to go to a different office but it seems like this one always has the earliest openings. They seem to have no patience or understanding for their patients and it makes it really hard. The doctors in the Zubritzky & Christy Associates are amazing though, so I recommend just seeing them at a different office. The McKees Rocks office has the kindest nurses, I suggest going there even if you have to wait 3 more months like me. Also might take 3 voicemails to hear back, but I think it’s worth it to see my amazing doctor."

"I had a wonderful experience with all the doctors and nurses for my pregnancy. My questions and concerns were always answered, and all the doctors gave me advice when I asked. The times I called after hours the on call doctor got right back to me within minutes. Everyone was efficient, pleasant, kind and informative. Dr. Conway delivered my son, and she was amazing throughout my labor and delivery. There were plenty of times when I wanted to give up and I don’t think I could’ve made it through without her guidance. I saw Dr. Christy a lot for my pregnancy appointments he is awesome as well! Very kind and calm and reassuring. You are in great hands with all of them! I always got right through on the phone, the only time I had to wait was when I called to schedule my postpartum check up, and the receptionist was super kind And apologetic about it. I will absolutely keep going here for future pregnancies and yearly appointments, I can’t imagine finding another group of awesome doctors!"
