"Let me start off by saying that Rich and his staff are amazing! I emailed the shop a few months ago with just a vague idea and ended up a very clear picture in my head. The email communications back and forth were very timely and specific. I ended up booking and already had my first session. I felt very comfortable at the shop and was happy that Rich was so personable. It also felt like he really cared. While finishing up my outline I began to feel faint, Rich and Sarah immediately tended to me to make sure I was ok. The sour gummy worms were a lifesaver!
