"I stood in line for almost 20 minutes to purchase two bottles of rose water. There was too much dialogue from the cashier. There were at least 15 people in line. They need to talk less and get customers waited on faster."
"One girl that worked here was super helpful in aiding me picking out the product I wanted but another was completely out of it AND there was a girl putting her mouth on a product. Not even a lip product, just some sort of packaged skin product at the front and when I pointed it out to the cashier checking me out she just said “yeah” with a tone that suggested she couldn’t care less. Didn’t bother to move the product. Didn’t say anything to the girl. Just continued checking people out. I don’t want to by products people have rubbed their mouths over. Especially since this store requires masks at one point. It’s b/s."
"I showed several picture communicating the style I wanted (and just the haircut, not coloring etc.) and I was then so looking forward to it. Though the ULTA hairstylist's personality was super sweet, she had no idea how to do a short blunt bob. As a result, I ended up with hair that looked like it had been chewed on by a dog....now I need to look for another stylist to fix it."
