"Horrible. I went in yesterday with hair to my backside. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. I got nothing close. My hair is now an inch past my shoulders. She did nothing that was discussed. Part my fault as I didn't ask her to see the back while cutting. Needless to say now I am devastated with my hair cut. If you are not looking for a trim or a mans cut don't go here."

"Very depressed workers, no smile or greet and will even give you the attitude if you make a specific request or suggestion. They just call names and the faster they cut your hair and move to the next, the more money they make of course, just like a factory shop with a conveyer belt. So it shows that it may look ok at first, but wait until you go home and notice the flaws in your head. Not repeating here, looking for a place where I’d be more appreciated as a customer and a true talented hair cutting."
