However this is my 3rd time were while I was there for my appointment the owner Donna had double booked Maria so she had to stop doing my hair... 3 hours I was there for a touch up and highlights.. My color was left on for an hour... The owner Donna is all about money she does not concern herself with services. I had an appointment with Maria... Donna double booked her and as a result my day was spent there 3 hours 1 hour with color on my head... Unacceptable"

"I received a call from the salon stating I needed to pay a $25 fee for a no show. I told them my appt was for the following week. I purchased full highlights, deep conditioner and a haircut. The hairstylist was extremely cold but of course warmed up some when it came time to pay. After spending 4hrs and 32 minutes receiving a haircut that has zero style I was irate. The picture showed long layers and was about 3 in longer. All she did was cut six or seven inches off and nothing else. I walked out with a bob from the '80s. Obviously the haircut and the amount of time she made me sit there was in retaliation to the appointment discrepancy. However I've never been more irritated than when I left there. Bad enough I never got the haircut I wanted but i waited four and a half hours not to get it. Needless to say I would not recommend them or return."

"I got a Groupon for this place and I was very happy with the deal! Courtney took great care of me. She respected my wishes to cut according to my specifications while still removing the damage. She knew exactly which style would suit my hair type, texture, and face frame. She was very gentle with the blow out and gave me awesome tips on scalp care. I felt as though I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Courtney for your hair needs. I am very happy with my cut and so relieved that my hair is still long."
