"Extremely unprofessional. Went to purchase a coat at Ehua, I asked to put the coat on hold and was told it would be held for five hours. This was at 2pm. Upon my return at 5 pm, when I asked for the coat, the same worker that placed the coat on hold said she had just sold the coat. This was the only coat of this style that they had in store. When I asked why it was sold when I was promised it would be left on hold and not sold to anyone else, she told me she forgot to ask me for a deposit. She continued to say they ask for deposits when holding clothes, however that makes absolutely no sense and was most definitely a lie. Even if it was true, she still forgot to ask me for a deposit. Overall was just so extremely unprofessional and not how you do business."

"one of my favorite shops I visited when in Pittsburgh! The gal working the register was very sweet and showed me some new items they got in. The selection was amazing, so many great staple pieces. The quality of the pieces have held up as well after several washes. I wish I had more time to spend in here and more room in my luggage."
