"Terrible. Terrible service I do not recommend going through this company. We were waiting over 4hrs for a tech to look at our garage door and we had heard nothing back from the tech. We called the number several times and kept getting the same story. The last time we called they finally told us that a tech was no longer coming. First of all, if a tech wasn’t coming in the first place how come no one told us soon. Instead we waited around and our plans got delayed. I’m very dissatisfied with this company. Shame on them."
