"Didn't bother, cooper was unpleasant to talk to, not very professional and insisted my BMW 335i "n54 motor" had two water pumps and that they all mostly have two. One electric and another belt driven... When that is, not true at all... I simply asked for a belt to be changed, nothing is damaged and the cause being an old belt that was covered in dry oil, this is a common thing for N54 motors as valve cover, oil cooler and filter housing will all leak at some point while also, being located above the belt. With that said, a bit of professionalism would have been nice instead of going on about motors he has no knowledge of. Next place"
"Camping in the Area. Had a Vacuum Pump go bad. My Husband was able to remove it, and Purchase a new one, but with limited resources he was unable to get the Pulley onto the Pump. We went to 3 Different places. They were either unwilling or Unable to help us. Cooper's Saved the Day. In a few minutes he had are Part Ready ,and We we're on Our Way. Nice to See A True Family Business still Around."
