"Boyfriend chose here to take his car, original visit was quick and took about 2 days but no one bothered to answer the phone or call us to let us know we could pick it up so we had to physically go there. Second visit- we're told to drop the car off a night early and it may get done sooner. No big deal. Several days pass with no phone calls. I try and call, no answer. Finally after almost 2 weeks I get a hold of the man whose supposed to be working on it and he tells me he's been out of the shop for 5 days with the flu, no big deal BUT our car sat for almost two weeks and no one bothered to keep us updated whatsoever or tell us to reschedule. He tells me he'll get it in over the weekend most likely, we drove past two days later and it hadn't moved an inch. We eventually just went and got it out of the lot since the communication was nonexistent and going without a car for two weeks is ridiculous. I would never come here again or recommend to anyone."

"Put a remote start in my wife's Mini. Kerri does Awesome work and is very educated on these remotes. Also , when picking up the car I noticed Mikes fab work and it was amazing! I am positive that his mechanical work is the same. I would never hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to this facility."
