"Walked into service and was immediately greeted and taken care of, on my way to the waiting room I seen my car salesman Zak who greeted me and asked how me and my mom were doing who both bought cars from him. We ended up conversing for a few minutes then I went to sit down in the waiting area which was clean and offered beverages and snacks of purchase. I had updates of my car thoroughly while waiting and then the waiting area which was nice because you don’t get left hanging wondering what’s happening and they are very detailed with notes. The service lady came to get me and discussed all they did and had my sign their copy of the work order and take a copy for my records and ensured me there was nothing wrong with my car and if I need anything else to not hesitate to give them a call. I appreciate the service they provided and the kindness they portrayed."
