"I’ve been going to platos for a couple of years allow them to pay whatever for my nice items, I have to say there are only 3 or 4 employees that are very nice, in business we must treat everyone with respect and greet them no matter, platos employees are not my friends, we are not in high school some of them don’t even say hello they look at you from above their shoulders. I’ve had businesses in the past one thing I told my employees greet and ask if help is need it. I want to congratulate the owners for their assistant manager and one or two are very nice. Don’t forget everyone must say HELLO!"

"This platos closet is decent, insanely overpriced for a used clothing store. I brought in 3 bags of clothes and they wouldnt take anything because it was ALL “outdated”. I bought those clothes THIS year. I also tried selling a pair of Calvin Klein pants BRAND NEW with the tag still on it. they offered me $4 for them when i paid $50"

"So apparently the girls who work here insist you buy clothing with stains on them and don't want to even take $2 off of them and then want to look at you like you're stupid when they tell you that they can't take anything off and expect you to buy it with the stain on it unbelievable! You shouldn't be working in the clothing business if you don't have common sense.. and then they have to nerve to look at you and say "sorry" PRETENDING to care. Yeah you can go in there and try to sell something that has the smallest blemish on it and they'll find it and refused to buy it which I've seen them do to so many people but yet don't want to do anything for you when you find something on the clothes they're selling, absolutely terrible.. I RECOMMEND YOU GO TO UPTOWN CHEAPSKATE AT LEAST THERE THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND NICE AND WILL WORK WITH YOU IF THERE IS ANY ISSUES.."

"One of the BEST Plato closet locations. Being from the Pittsburgh area, the McKnight road and Bridgeville locations are not welcoming whatsoever. Two stores filled with 16 year old girls acting like they are selling 70,000 life changing treatments. Not the case with Boardman. The girls are professional, compassionate, and there for the customer. I feel they always go through our items and buy so much, whereas, the other two stores complete 4 totes in 5 mins, are they really going through it? 10/10 highly recommend this location. It is super organized and clean, the staff is excellent, and they are always buying items! Thanks for being rockstars!"
