Buckle

"I recently had an experience at the new buckle location where a worker (Audra) exhibited unhelpful and rude behavior. During my interaction, she asked me what I was looking for she wasn't welcoming at all. Her response to my shopping needs were not met. Unfortunately, this behavior significantly impacted my experience as a customer. I believe in fair and respectful treatment for all customers, and I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I returned my purchase and I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more positive experience for future customers."

"I was at the new store a week ago and had the worst customer service there!! I had to approach the worker, I was not greeted, she was very short with me and walked away. Two high school girls walked in, she greeted them and carried on a 5 minute conversation with them about graduation. Then I tried again to ask about cologne prices, she said oh “around” $100 and again turned and walked away. I wanted to purchase one for my husband for Father’s Day, but I was over it and walked out. I shopped the old store quit frequent and have never been treated that way. I feel like I was being treated differently maybe because I was older, had my kids, but it was definitely a form of discrimination. It’s sad when my kids even recognized how we was being treated."

"New boardman loctaion: I went there with my sister and we got there before they closed and looked around for a little bit it got to be past close and they were very rude to us and had a terrible attitude towards us there were other customers in there and they were nice to them the entire time while we were there and we left before them."
