"I like their clothes. They are good quality made. However the are very expensive. I bought my son a pair of pajamas. Which was originally prices $32. I bought them on sale between $9-$12. Not to bad considering the original price. The awesome thing was the slip resistant socks. I bought my son when he was an infant. The bad part again was the price $14/ sale price $7. What can you do. Often times its the only place you can find these items."

"My mother mistakenly thought she could ship some other stuff with some items she purchased at Carter's for the free shipping offer in November. She doesn't communicate as well as she should due to some medical issues and she thought she asked and was told it was ok. I'm sure she is wrong and didn't ask the correct questions. I know she was wrong for bringing other stuff that shouldn't have been shipped. My complaint is the staff took in the stuff anyway, told her they shipped it with the stuff she purchased but it wasn't in the box that my sister received and the box was not damaged during shipping for those items to just fall out. There were 2 paperback books and a calendar that were missing. I want to know where those items went. They obviously were not packed in the box like they said but my mom was never contacted to come and pick them up saying they couldn't be shipped. Now those items are just gone, nobody has them. She has to go buy those books again which is money she truly doesn't have. Again, I totally get why they were not shipped but she should have been called to come back to pick them up."

"First time in the store amazing staff very helpful. Liked sale they're running. Liked the clothes I picked up. It's all about kids."

"Went looking for a birthday gift for my baby cousin, and didn't find anything I liked well enough at Kohl's. My mom suggested Carter's...which I had never heard of before. This shop is in the same plaza as Kohl's, so it was pretty convenient to get to. I was easily able to find a couple of outfits for my female baby cousin here in short order. But what really impressed me about this store is their selection of baby boys' clothes. Every place I've shopped previously, including Babies R Us (RIP) had plenty of girls' clothes, but only a small section of boys' clothes. This was not the case at Carter's. Their selection of boys' clothes was almost as large as their selection of girl's clothes. I'll definitely be back here for my other baby cousins' birthdays!"

"Carter's is the best place to find clothes for the littles! There is always a good sale going on, the ladies working there are super friendly and helpful! The store is not super easy to navigate because there is so much inside and they're always busy so it can be a little tough."
