"I had a horrible experience. I went to exchange a pair of jeans for a different color. The girl helping me seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She had to walk away 3 times to ask the manager questions and instead of the manager coming over to help he did nothing. she placed my order with the wrong zip code and it is now being sent to the wrong state. I told her several times it was wrong and the manager told her it would be fine. It is not fine and I paid $60 for new jeans for them to not come to me. Very frustrating and need my money back. Would not recommend ordering in store."

I actually found a damaged item of clothing and turned it over to the staff and they thanked me for turning it over and not putting it back on the rack. I live 2 hours away from this stores, so I don't get here as often as I would like to. It's one of my favorite places to shop!"
