"I called Falcone and Truman about a week ago regarding a leak in my water panel - I was told over the phone that an estimator would come out for free to give me a quote on the repair. Apparently, it wasn't the estimator they sent and the mechanic sat in the car as the tech had to keep going to and from his car to get my questions answered. The mechanic in the car gave me a verbal quote of $375 to have the valve replaced. I asked for a written quote and the written quote - that I had to call and ask for multiple times was for $525 - $150 more than I was told. The owner refused to honor the price I was verbally given so I will not be using their services."
