"My truck has been there for over two years. The engine work was said to be under warranty since they machined and built the lower end. If it was a lower end issue they told me they would just take care of it. Here we are… two years later, my trucks condition has completely deteriorated, and they blame their slow movement on Covid and staffing. Quite frankly I don’t even begin to fathom how they would do this. I do not have the funds to have it transported to another shop then taken apart and brought to them for the work. I’m between a rock and a hard place and they have done ZERO to get my truck done except just say “Dave is gonna look at it this week”. Well either Dave is blind or he’s looking at the wrong truck. They do good work, they’re a busy shop. But my money is as good as anyone else’s and I have been completely mistreated. The staff is nice and jimmy in the machine shop is great. But this is just a really really bad experience."

"Had oil leak from hose at alternator. Motor Seized up.estimated to replace motor $10500. 3 months later fixed for $17000.never told about Drastic price increase. 6 months later same hose breaks. 2 weeks to fix and charges $500 for 20 dollar hose that he replaced 6 months ago."
