The guy who runs it barley speaks English. Leaches looking to take advantage of those who don't know any better. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!"

"I changed the engine oil in your store. You used poor-quality oil, which led to many problems in my car’s engine. Because of this oil, my car’s engine has many problems. I do not recommend dealing with him."

"AVOID!!! Even the local police advises customers to avoid this place. How do I know this? Because I filed a police report after I retrieved my vehicle damaged. Front bumper damaged and tan leather interior destroyed by oil. Owner didn’t even have the human deceny to be at the shop during vehicle pick up. He instead took my car key off the premises, when I came to make final payment, neither he or my car key was present. However, this information was not made privy to me, until AFTER I paid the remaining balance with the front desk. I had to wait several hours for him to bring my key back. And when he did bring it back, he left my car key on my car tire exposed to the public despite my direction to return my key in person. Took my money, then avoided me. I filed a police report IMMEDIATELY. My vehicle still doesn’t run, and I’ve gotten several 2nd opinions confirming that the work provided (or lack there of) was not done in good faith or completion. The owner Ahmad cares more about google reviews than providing honest service. Ahmad called me before business hours, harassing me to remove my original negative review back in July 2023. This is the type of establishment you’ll deal with if you bring your vehicle here. He’s attempting to fabricate reviews by submitting fake 5-star reviews. He’s fabricating reviews the same way as he fabricated my invoices. Notice the last two 5 star reviews are by people named “Ahmad.” Quite frankly, I think the man is unhinged. Look how he responds to these complaints? No accountability, and hostile. I am currently seeking legal action against this establishment. This place deserves to be SHUT DOWN!! AMMCO Broomall and Cooperate did not take me seriously as a customer; and unfortunately for them, I’ve kept an impeccable audit trail of the negligence and lies. Hopefully soon, this place will be shut down, and no one else can fall victim to this fraud."

"I went to this AAMCO location under warranty for additional work that needed to be done on my transmission. This location was unreliable (opened 40 minutes later than their hours because they were "sleeping in", manager/owner who will not return calls or provide updates without you needing to call for them). In addition, this AAMCO quoted me ~$800 for a repair on my transmission which was still under warranty. When I told them it was under warranty, they refused to complete the repair and asked me to pick up my car. I ended up taking my car to a different AAMCO location and they said that I didn't need the repair that the Broomall AAMCO told me a needed, and the other location was able to make the adjustment that I needed for free regardless of the warranty. It is worth looking at other AAMCO locations for peace-of-mind and to know you aren't getting charged for labor and a repair that your car may not need."

"Ammco Broomall is by far one of the worst repair shops I have ever dealt with. I called and explained what was going on with my car, asked if I could bring it to them and they accepted it. A couple of days later, I called and asked what was going on, I was told that a diagnostic test was done but my car wasn't reading anything, I seriously don't doubt that. I was told that a mechanic test drove it, and it ran fine, that was hard to believe since it had to be towed to them. Over the next few weeks, I would call for updates and hear, as soon as I know something, I will call you back, or I'll call you back in a hour or so, and never get a return call. That resulted in my picking it up and having it towed to Toyota Springfield, a reputable company, who really does " provide you with expert repair and service for your TOTAL car needs". Out of respect, I didn't mention the owner, or the receptionist name, but they both need to find another line of work."
