"We contacted this company to switch Medicare Part D coverage. We were connected to Shari Leckenby who explained the process and found us a carrier. We submitted our applications but never heard back from her. I left messages on 2 different dates and followed up with an email to Shari but never got a response. Tried her cell number but no mailbox set up- suspicious. We were concerned that our sensitive information was in her hands and we were not getting any information. I finally got her on the phone and she told me a story that the receptionist was not forwarding messages to her and others in the office. I reminded her I did send an email that was not acknowledged and she sort of blew it off with a half hearted apology. When you hand over sensitive information about Medicare to a stranger on the phone and don't hear back, you start to get nervous. We called the carrier where Shari said she sent our applications to cancel the process. A week after Shari sent the applications the new carrier did not have our information. We opened a ticket with the new carrier to cancel the application process if and when they received our information. Bottom line- lack of professionalism, doesn't return calls or emails, blames their receptionist for the issue. Not a trustworthy company/agent to do business with."

"My husband met with Shari in November to see if his current plan was his best Medicare choice. She recommended that he switch over to Aetna and he agreed after hearing the benefits. He signed for the new plan, but recently realized that he never received a membership packet from Aetna. We left 3 VMs for Shari, and also sent an email. Finally talked to the front desk person who said she would pull my husband’s file and tell Sheri the issue. Still no contact from anyone. I finally thought to call Aetna, only to find out that my husband was never signed up by Shari. Luckily, they had open enrollment going on, so he was able to switch over, after going through the enrollment process again. I am very understanding when someone makes a mistake, as we all do. But to not return our calls and emails is inexcusable and unprofessional. Very disappointed."
